6Tracking Your Order

As soon as your shipment leaves us, we send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress in real time. You’ll receive:

  • the carrier’s name and the service used,
  • your unique tracking number,
  • a link to live tracking updates, and
  • an estimated delivery window.

We suggest keeping an eye on your tracking and making sure someone is available to accept the delivery.

7Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Since we ship internationally, please keep the following in mind:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Clearance times differ from country to country and may extend the total delivery time.
